  Welcome to my blog.  I am Toni Nan Xiong, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty of Beverly Hills in sunny Southern California.  I have been living in Los Angeles for over 7 years (a former New Yorker) and simply love it here. 

I note anything that I find interesting concerning Real Estate, mostly in this great city we love – Los Angeles.  I will also muse upon other pertinent tidbits that I feel is of great interest to me as a Real Estate professional.  In this climate of stimulus packages and loan modifications, I want to help people stay informed of all that is happening, so we can all make informed decisions effectively.  I hope you enjoy your time here and come back often.  =)
